Open source that works as one system

Open-source software gives you control over your data, your costs and your roadmap. The hard part is rarely installing a tool: it is making a dozen of them work together, keeping them patched and moving your data in without losing anything.

We integrate and operate open-source tooling of any kind: Nextcloud, Keycloak, Authentik, GitLab, Mattermost, Matrix, OpenProject, Odoo, Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes are typical examples. We connect them to one identity provider for single sign-on, migrate data from the tools you are leaving, and run the result on infrastructure in the EU by default (Germany, France or Bulgaria), with US hosting on request, or on your own servers. After go-live we stay on for updates, monitoring, backups and user support, so the stack keeps working after the project ends.

What you get

What the engagement leaves you with.

  • Integration of any open-source tool, from Nextcloud and Mattermost to Odoo and OpenProject

  • Single sign-on across the stack with Keycloak or Authentik, connected to your existing directory

  • Migration from proprietary tools and older open-source versions, with your data checked after the move

  • Hosting in the EU by default (Germany, France or Bulgaria), US on request, or on your own servers

  • Monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus, backups and PostgreSQL operations

  • Ongoing support, updates and security patches after go-live

Engagement

How the engagement works

  1. Inventory: we map the tools you use, the data they hold and how people sign in

  2. Design: we pick the open-source components, the identity setup and where everything is hosted

  3. Integration: deployment, single sign-on and the connections between tools

  4. Migration: data moved, checked and handed over to users with a short introduction

  5. Operation: monitoring, backups, updates and support under an agreed scope

Frequently asked questions

Which open-source tools do you work with?

Any of them. Common requests are Nextcloud, Keycloak, Authentik, GitLab, Mattermost, Matrix, OpenProject, Odoo, Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes, but the approach is the same for other tools.

Can everything use one login?

Yes. We connect the tools to one identity provider, usually Keycloak or Authentik, over OIDC, SAML or LDAP, and link it to your existing directory where you have one.

Can you migrate us off proprietary software?

Yes. We plan the migration, move the data, check it after the move and run the old and new systems side by side when a cutover needs it.

Where is it hosted?

In the EU by default, on our infrastructure in Germany, France or Bulgaria. US hosting is available on request, and we can also run the stack on your own servers.

Do you support the tools after go-live?

Yes. We handle updates, security patches, monitoring, backups and user support under an agreed scope.
