Funded and institutional projects
A delivery partner for funded and consortium projects
EU programmes, NATO innovation and procurement, national and regional funds. We take a defined role in your consortium and deliver it: software, cloud, security and compliance, AI and data.
Roles we take
We join as a beneficiary, an affiliated entity or a subcontractor, depending on what the call and your consortium need.
Consortium partner
A beneficiary with its own work package or tasks, budget and deliverables, contributing to the proposal from the start.
Subcontractor
Clearly scoped tasks under your contract, priced and delivered to your schedule and reporting rules.
Technical delivery partner
Software development, cloud and infrastructure, DevOps and CI/CD for the platform, demonstrator or tooling the project builds.
Cybersecurity and compliance work package
ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2 and GDPR alignment, security-by-design reviews and penetration testing through Vulnara, our security testing product.
AI and LLM work
Private LLMs on our EU-hosted infrastructure or yours, behind an OpenAI-compatible API, for projects where data must not leave the consortium.
Data and BI
Data pipelines, dashboards and reporting for pilots, impact indicators and project monitoring.
Open-source integration
We integrate Nextcloud, Keycloak, GitLab, Mattermost and the rest of the open-source stack a project relies on, and publish results under the licence the grant asks for.
Pilot and testbed hosting in the EU
Pilot sites, testbeds and demonstrators run on our infrastructure in Germany, France or Bulgaria for the life of the project.
Why us
EU-hosted infrastructure
Hosting is in the EU by default, in Germany, France and Bulgaria. US hosting is available on request.
An EU-based company
The Origami Corporation Ltd is registered in Bulgaria, an EU member state, which matters for eligibility and for widening countries.
French and German
The team works in French and German as well as English, with partners, end users and reviewers.
Remote-first
We are remote-first, set up for distributed work across partners, time zones and review meetings.
What we deliver
Our part of the proposal, written to the call: tasks, effort, budget lines and risks. Then the work itself, delivered to the work-package plan, with the deliverables, milestones and periodic reporting the grant agreement asks for, and results handed over in a form the consortium can keep using.
How it works
You send the call and the role
The programme, the call or topic ID, the role you have in mind and your deadline.
We reply with fit, team and capacity
Whether the role fits us, who would work on it and a capacity statement you can use in the proposal.
We sign what the project needs
An NDA before details are shared, and a consortium or subcontracting agreement when the project goes ahead.
